1. We aerate the soil to allow the roots of the new grass to establish quicker and better.

2. We till the soil to rotate the minerals the grass needs to grow, to the top of the soil where the new grass will be placed. 

3. We throw topsoil to help establish a greener and healthier lawn 

4. We then place the sod in a prestigious manner following a certain pattern leaving little to no gaps. 

5.Finally, we fertilize the new lawn with a weed and feed which will help the lawn and prevent weeds from growing.
