Payments

Payments are expected after each visit unless approved before by administration. If payment is overdue a late fee may apply and/or suspension of services to the property until payment is made. Any projects being performed outside of the regular scheduled services should be prescheduled in advanced. Some projects will have to be paid 50% prior to starting and the remaining balance should be paid after completion.

If you accept, property visit reminders will be sent out the morning of the scheduled visit. You can request to cancel the reminders by texting/ or calling and advising to disable the reminders for your property. (This will not affect the scheduled visit). If you wish to opt-out of Text messages Reply "Opt-out of text messages".
